Apple Loaf Cake

with cinnamon and Sweet White Vinegar

Apple Loaf Cake


1 Cup of flour
½ Cup of sugar
3 eggs
6 Tablespoons of butter
1/3 Cup almond milk
3 Tablespoons of  Bianca Sweet White Vinegar
4 Apples
1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
2 ¼ Teaspoons of yeast



In a bowl add eggs, sugar and cinnamon and mix together.

Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the almond milk.
Put everything together and mix. Add 3 tablespoons of  Bianca Sweet White Vinegar, flour and yeast.

Wash, clean and cut into cubes 4 apples and add them to dough.

Pour the dough into a buttered and floured cake pan.
Garnish the apple loaf cake with apple slices and sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Bake in the oven at 350° for 40 minutes.
