Baby Spinach Salad with Carandini Strawberry Glaze

100 g baby spinach
1 avocado
80 g feta cheese
40 g pecans
1/2 red onion
3 tablespoons Carandini Strawberry Glaze with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
Strawberries to taste
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt

Place spinach in a large bowl. Add sliced avocado, crumbled feta, toasted pecans and thinly sliced red onion.

Season with olive oil and salt, toss gently and finish with Carandini Strawberry Glaze wit hBalsamic Vinegar of Modena for a sweet and tangy contrast.
