Cacio e Pepe with Italian Cheese Dressing with Sweet White Vinegar and Parmigiano Reggiano

Ingredients

1/2 pound spaghetti
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
¼ cup Italian Cheese Dressing with Sweet White Vinegar & Parmigiano Reggiano (find this @wholefoods!)
1/2 cup Parmigiano Reggiano
Kosher salt

Directions

Cook pasta, stirring gently to separate strands. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water after ten minutes. Meanwhile, melt butter, and bring to a simmer in a skillet.

Add freshly ground pepper. Add pasta, reserved pasta water, and Italian Cheese Dressing with Sweet White Vinegar & Parmigiano Reggiano.
Mix in Parmigiano Reggiano and swirl until a thick sauce forms. 

Taste and add salt as needed. Serve!
