1.25 oz Wilfred’s Aperitif (Non alcoholic)
.5 oz Raspberry syrup z
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
.5 oz Carandini Bianca Sweet White Vinegar
.25 oz Egg white
1.05oz Sovi Sparkling Rose
1.25 oz Wilfred’s Aperitif (Non alcoholic)
.5 oz Raspberry syrup z
.5 oz fresh lemon juice
.5 oz Carandini Bianca Sweet White Vinegar
.25 oz Egg white
1.05oz Sovi Sparkling Rose
Mix all the ingredients together and shake without ice to emulsify the egg white.
Add the ice and shake, then strain into a coupe glass
Top with the Sovi Sparkling Rose (non-alcoholic sparkling wine)
Garnish with lemon twist
