.75 oz Fresh Lemon juice
0.5 oz Celery Seed Syrup
.5 oa Grapefruit Sherbet
.5 oz Cascabel Chili infused-Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Emilio Silver
1.5 oz Apostoles Gin

In shaker tins, add all ingredients into the smaller tin. Fill with cubed ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Fine strain the liquid from the ice using a mesh strainer & hawthorne strainer into a coupette glass
