Roasted Balsamic Broccoli

Ingredients

For making 4 servings

1 1/2 pounds broccoli florets
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons Carandini Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Silver Leaf
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon freshly grated parmesan

 

Directions

Preheat the oven to 375°F and position the oven rack in the top position.

In a large mixing bowl, add broccoli, olive oil, Carandini Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena Silver Leaf, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine until the broccoli is well coated.

Arrange the broccoli in a single layer on a large sheet pan.

Bake until tender and lightly browned, about 20 minutes.

Sprinkle with parmesan and serve with a drizzle of extra balsamic vinegar on top if desired.
